ScottOkay, the status of my payment is now succesfull.
I do not have an order number / order confirmation.After the purchase I received nothing and my account still says I have no available items.
Well, without any order number or order confirmation I don’t have anything to search for in our system to see if an order went through or not.

ScottI’ve purchase from the webshop today. I did however noticed my payment is on reservation. Maybe that is why toontracks didn’t confirm the purchase.
I’m based in the Netherlands, so maybe it takes longer to transfer?

I do not see any order using your forum email account. Did you purchase from the Toontrack Webshop? Do you have an order number?

ScottInstall the Toontrack Product Manager on the new computer.
Open it and log into it with your Toontrack account credentials.
Download, install, and authorize from inside the Product Manager.
You can also remove the old computer authorization from the new computer in Product Manager.

ScottI added the EZdrummer 2 and it also don’t want to open so now I am lost
I linked above the 2 products required to use an EZX.
You need EZD3 or S3 drum samplers. Those 2 links above.
You then purchased another EZX instead.

A requirement to use an EZX expansion library is a Toontrack drum sampler. Yes, the samplers are not free. They are a purchase.

ScottI just bought the Gospel EZX, but I can’t install it becuz of this msg saying I should upgrade my Toontrack sampler, any help pls I am using logic and I want to open it in there

Operating system: macOS High Sierra (10.13)
EZX expansion libraries require a sampler to load. You need either Toontrack EZD2/3 or S3.

ScottI had a transfer serial number to my account and Toontracks sent me a confirmation e-mail to me saying it was successful transfer. And sent me the serial number. I’ve tried several times to register the serial number to my account. Error message it gives me that it has already being used by another account. The serial number is
