I’m still waiting to hear back but the only thing I can see holding it up is in the fine print of the pic you posted above…

When did you register your purchase? The fine print states that for the free SDX to be granted, the S3 product needs to be registered to your Toontrack account between November 23-December 1 or its void.

But again, I can’t make that call, you’ll need to wait for Toontrack to make a decision.

The only other option besides download is to purchase the sounds library pre-installed on an SSD. There is no Blu-ray/disc version available.

I think you’re confused about your purchase. You purchased 6 MIDI packs. MIDI packs don’t appear in the Sound Library drop-down menu. They will show in the MIDI Browser tab on the EZD2.

The reason you have the Dream Pop EZX showing in your Library Menu is because it is a Sound Library and not a MIDI pack. You purchased a 6-pack of MIDI.

Please post a pic of your MIDI Browser tab. It will show the MIDI you purchased.
