No Scott, this does not work, it won’t let anyone contact anyone, it just says when you are done is ERROR or one is NOT A REAL PERSON!

I just tried from here and it worked fine. Are you logged into your Toontrack account? Have you entered info on all the red ” * ” fields? Did you check the “I’m not a robot” box?

They won`t give me any support. Ignore my requests. Just need to free up slots to download the 5 products I paid for.

Stay away from these people. Don`t buy a thing from them. Boxes of headaches are what they pedal. Never did work properly, ever. Not just me. Look online anywhere for complaints about this dodgy company.

They take your money and run.

I am going legal with Trading Standards.

You have zero inactive authorizations for support to “free up”.

Please use the Toontrack Product Manager and remove an active authorization to authorize a new computer.

If you don’t know how to do that, please watch the Toontrack Product Manager video below (around the 5:40 mark) and it shows the Authorization tab in PM.

I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be able to authorize your new computer now.

I have the same issue in Ableton Live 11 (Windows 10). When I drag a Midi file from inside the same project in ableton live to EZKey Bandmate, it does not work, but doing the same procedure in Cubase 12 works fine, so weird.

Not all (actually very few) DAWs support dragging files from host to a plugin.

    Thanks for the reply Scott.

“Currently” seems to have me seeing this as NOT a “no, no way are we ever gonna do that 🙂

Grasping at straws here but if not as above – an alternative. How about the idea of a special EZD3 ‘back-grade for SD3 users?

Well, Toontrack released the EZD2 library as an EZX when the released EZD3 so…”currently” is the word.

But then again, I have no idea what the Toonsters have planned 🙂

Currently there is no separate EZX available for the EZD3 sound library to be purchased. You would need to purchase EZD3 that includes it.

Have you turned the “bleeds” on those channels?

See this section of the S3 manual

I just filled out the webform and it worked as expected.

Do you get an error message? Are you filling the form out completely (all red asterisk)?

Click on the Chord Wheel pencil icon in the center and type “F#7sus4″ or whatever chord you want.

    Or

If you want more control over the notes that are used in a chord, you can open the keyboard view via the keyboard view button in the top left of the chord wheel. Add any extensions you want.

See this section of the EZbass manual

    https://www.toontrack.com/manual/ezbass/9/9-4-the-settings-menu/9-4-7-audio-midi-setup-standalone-only

In Standalone EZbass, you can select the MIDI channel under Audio/MIDI->MIDI Channel

On my PC under Apps I have an EZ Drummer 2 version 2.0.2 that is 3.33GB and also an EZ Drummer 2 update that is 299 MB.   Do I need both of those? Or can I delete the first one.  I do have projects using EZ Drummer 2.

Note i also have EZ Drummer 3.

Goal is I’m trying to free up space.

    Thank you!

If you have projects using the EZD2 plugin that you continue to need access to, then I wouldn’t delete anything.

And then I believe you need to turn off “Follow Host” before you bounce…
