Once you’ve converted your drums to MIDI, made your fixes & quantized the MIDI,
it’s my belief that you can only revert the MIDI to Toontrack (or another brand) samples.
I don’t think your original audio is an option any more.
Please correct me if I’m wrong and maybe I’m misreading the OP
but it sounds like he’s got songs in Logic with no drums at all.
No MIDI drums. No audio drums.
I think that what he really wants the functionality of EZDrummer3’s Bandmate
to help him build drum parts…
or he could use Logic Pro 11’s Session Drummer to follow a track
without knowing to which TT product you are inquiring,
I’m pretty sure that a [Preview in Original Tempo] button
exists in every TT product.
in SuperiorDrummer3, it is in the ‘Header Bar’ below the Grooves tab:
in EZDrummer3, EZKeys2, and EZBass, it is also in the ‘Header Bar’ below the Grooves tab,
next to the [Tempo] button:

Thanked by: rixaonly asking for myself, just out of simple curiosity,
(without any affiliation to Toontrack, or to any drummer
or to any studio where these MIDI grooves have been recorded)
what do you think a fair & equitable price would be for a single MIDI performance would be?
I’ve heard that some MIDI controllers (including e-kits) have a “LOCAL” setting
that should be turned “OFF” to avoid the doubling of MIDI events when triggering live.

Thanked by: Bear-Faced CowAlthough I’ve never had opportunity to actually do it myself,
Good luck.
Cheers.

Thanked by: rixaPossible? YES!! in fact, preferred.
from the SD3 manual:
The Sound Library can be installed to an external hard drive by customizing the installer.
This is done by clicking the Browse button in the Library Part 1 installer.
I don’t know, Jack.
It looks like it worked for me.
Maybe Support fixed it after your post…
I’d like to make a couple of requests for usability...I’d like to make a couple of requests for usability changes in the forum software. The first is the ability to see the actual post being quoted in a response. Currently one doesn’t see the actual text of the post. This is the only website where in the forums you don’t see the quoted text when formulating a response. This would help when a post being quoted has several items and one is only responding to one and not everything. The second request is the ability to multi-quote several posts so one can cover several items in one post. Again every other website forum allows some form of multi-quoting.

Testing the forum “Quote” function with Jack’s post,
Thank you for the feedback, we will forward this to our web team.
and with Rickard’s response.
At one time, this ‘quoting’ functionality had worked…
I used it frequently.
Please be sure that you are attempting to load the plugin
on a stereo Instrument Track in Pro Tools…
Have you tried posting your issue here on the forum?
There’s usually enough talent here at any point in time to possibly help with your issue.
Installer is doing more than a mere copy of sound content. You’ll just have to be patient while it is doing its work.
Watching what the install did, it actually does look to be mostly just copying and moving files from the download directories to the ‘SL-SuperiorDrummer3’ directory on the same drive, which adds up to around 100 minutes worth of copying.
The ‘copying‘ portion of the installation might actually go faster
if the [DOWNLOAD] location and SD3 library were not on the same drive.
