    Hi, John.

Thanks for the reply and the info.

    It’s appreciated.

I definitely hit the m key in the drum window by mistake. Glad to know about that though.

Can you please explain how I can keep my midi map for all the kits?

I’ve been trying to get this to work for a few days.

When I change kits the midi map changes.

I’ve created – what I thought – was a default, but the mapping is still wrong (Well half right)

I’ve tried saving under file. The midi map preset. Saving the correct setup as the default project. Loading  my default project.

The midi map is correct for the original project. then the new kit switches it to a mixed up map or the SD 3 default one.

Again, its me doing something incorrectly, but I’m not sure what.

Thanks for your time and assistance..

    regards Peter

    Hi, John.

    |Thanks for the reply and the info.

I didn’t notice the mute on the drums page. Nor am I sure how that happened.

    Anyway, its good to know.

Yes I am still learning about SD3, but mistakes is one way. I have got the programming drums to keys sorted now, so that’s great.

As for 31/32 that refers to the last output channels. In other preset builds i have that channel comes up with a single fader, along with all the other channels. It does appear in the stereo section as I call them (as they have the L/R panning controls) as shown in the pic I sent. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for your time and assistance.

    It’s appreciated.

    regards

    Peter
