    First thing. . .Open an “Instrument track” in Pro Tools. . . Then, in “track window” go up to the top of the track where it says “insert”.  There, go on the pull down menu, find instruments.  Then, find EZ DRUMMER and click it.  It will fill the window.  Then, you can use EZ Drummer to build a track.  I like to use the “search” function and tap out a kick and snare part then press “search” and you’ll have a number of parts that are close to what you have tapped. . . . You can audit those parts. . .change those parts. . .place them via midi directly to your “edit window” for the track on Pro Tools, or build the track right in EZ Drummer.
