I checked carefully to be sure and both the standalone and VST dll versions are 2.1.1.0. The file descriptions of both indicate they are 64-bit. The Task Manager reveals that Sonar is also 64-bit.
Got a response from customer support through email. Apparently, Sonar Artist is “not officially tested to support Toontrack plugins”, so they are limited in the support they can provide. Bummer.
