After thinking about it more, I agree with you. While to me it would be better than having both apps open to do drag and drop. It would be a step closer to the  workflow I had before ezkeys2, but still a workaround.

Its not the end of the world for sure, but I’m surprised that something that appears rather minor is still not fixed.

Fossile, that’s not an option available on Macs either. I would consider that a legitimate fix and not just a workaround.

Hi Patrick, myself and some others have been trying to get this resolved since the debut of ezkeys2. Maybe with your video they’ll understand what the issue is and do something about it. Not holding my breath anyway, but ezbass is crippled until they fix this, because it always worked with no issue. Workarounds suck and waste time, speaking for myself.

Myself and others have been asking for a fix for this issue every since Ezkeys 2 first came out.

All we got from toontrack so far is a work around with no acknowledgement of a fix in the works.

This is unacceptable. This means Ezbass is broken for me and others who find the import chords function important to our workflow.

The least they could do is acknowledge a fix is coming.

……Hello!!  Is anyone home?  Seriously, guys can you please give us some heads up. A simple yes or no , either way l’ll move on , but nothing is worse then having a legitimate issue ignored.

We just got a update to EZkeys 2 that I was hoping would fix this issue, since it appears to be a simple file permissions issue.  That was not the case, I still can’t select the EZkeys 2 files even though they’re visible. Maybe it needs to addressed within the EZbass app? Anyway here’s hoping this issue will not be overlooked in the next EZbass update.

Can anyone from Toontrack acknowledge this issue and inform us when a fix is coming!

FYI to anyone else who uses this feature. I can confirm toontrack is aware this doesn’t work properly with EZkey 2, and suggests dragging and dropping the chords as a work around. ‘Hopefully’ they say it will be addressed in an update . I also hope  it will be addressed.  I also can confirm drag and drop does work, but this is not optimal for workflow if you like me prefer to print your tracks and close the EZkeys plugin for future security. Now I will have to reactivate the EZkeys plugin to implement drag and drop rather than simply importing the already existing files when I’m ready for bass, and this makes a great new update ( EZkeys 2) feel incomplete. I trust it will be repaired and want to thank toontrack support  for a quick response to my question about the problem.
