    I had this in cubase too. It’s just that the hits are (in non midi speak) quick. No sustain.
    If you zoom out the downside is you get bigger “notes” but only 1 bar on the screen.
    So this is what i did.

    I highlight the whole segment (how many bars you have) with the cursor then go into the Midi edit page and increase note length .  Sorted.

    Mostly we are dragging one or two bar sections out of EZDrmr ontothe arrange page so just do it when you do that. That way any duplication of the bar will have the longer notes.

    Just joined the forums and must say after reading through am impressed with the level of C/service from you all.
