    I am having a similar issue but the add-ons (Horror and Emotional Ballads) do not appear in my working/registered Ezkeys (I already have String Machine as a library).  All are registered in the Toontrack Manager.

    Toontrack, I saw the demo for EZBass and it has a section where you can drag music files into the GUI and it finds the chords, progression, etc.  Would you be able to add that functionality into EZKeys?  This would be incredibly helpful.  I too find it very challenging to use this tool as I am not a keyboard player.  The addition of the music file option (like EZBass) would turn this product around for me.  Please?

    Did anyone fix this?  I am having this issue….very noisy, nothing like the demo’s before I purchased.  Currently, this is unusable.  Help, or I will need a refund.
