    Hi Jord,

I did what you suggested and reimported everything except for SD3.  I had an earlier version of the song.  I went into SD3 (earlier version) and backed the drum track up that way.  I then went back into the new file and imported the drum track I had just saved.  Everything now works perfectly.

Thanks so much for all the help!

    Hi Jord,

    Thanks for the suggestions.

It looks like it is a corrupt Logic file.  If I open a new Logic file and the add SD3 everything operates normally.  Logic works normally under relaunch.

I tried the original files I was having problems with and it still would not open.  I eventually got the file to open by using an older Project Data file.  At that point I recreated all of the changes that I lost (none of which are SD3 related).  I saved again.  Tried launching Logic again and it failed again with an error saying, “Logic Pro quit unexpectedly while using the Superior Drummer 3 plug-in.

    Thanks,

    Ron
