I had the same issue with no audio output from the right channel on my MacBook AIR using EZDrummer standalone. I was getting audio through both channels up until a couple weeks ago. After fiddling with the Settings / Out Channels setting L and R to Output 1 and 2 and saving a few times, the right channel output is restored again. Try changing settings and saving a few times.
