I’m sorry: I put in a support ticket and responded to them. I forgot about this.
Somehow, there was a ‘filter’ applied which kept me from seeing all the grooves. Clearing the filter shows all grooves.
So sorry I forgot about this post.
All is well and the product performs like a champ.
