Update:

I may have found the cause of the issue on my EB track.

When I created the track, I manually added notes in the grid editor. I added vibrato to some of the notes; I’m thinking that when I added vibrato, there were more notes selected that I did not intend to add vibrato to. So to test, I selected (manually) all notes in the grid, then clicked remove vibrato. This seems to have fixed the issue, although the bass still sounds slightly flat to me.
