In SD3 close the sustain down if noise afterwards is a problem

It wont help, it seems to be part of the sample, i can hear that also in the official demo.

I don’t find it too quiet. I load in Cubase and it’s just as loud as other vsti. I use it standalone to play my edrums and can get plenty of volume so I’m not getting your problem. Also probably why you are not getting replies

Actually there is a lot of persons with that issue, search in google “Superior Drummer 3 low volume”, infinite discussions on it.

    For example: https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/triggering-sd3-with-roland-td-25-volume-too-low-cant-get-volume-high-enough-to-be-usable/

Thanks for answer, Im jealous of you that it work for you 🙂

Regarding the youtube song it was just example of how low i heared that in compare to other programs on my computer.
the issue is still even if i play the drums stand alone, I put the volume on maximum but it still not low, and can be heared only on the strongest hit ( 127 ).

Other Thing you mention is that to add a compress, actually it did add the volume after i play with that sometime, but it seems make the qulity lower, due to the tail hiss and noises after the hit is more noticeable now.

More one thing i notice, most of the persons that say that it work to them as expected, they are persons who use Cubase or other Software and use Superior Drummer 3 as plugin, but I think I paid enough to SD3 to make it work as expected as standalone program.

I found something useful to describe and isolate the issue.

i attached an image of windows volume mixer, in 1 section i play a song on youtube, next to it you can see the volume of Superior Drummer 3.
what played in superior ddrummer 3 in that point i took this shot is consist snare on max hit (127) velocity.

It now make sense why im hear it low, the issue is with the output of the program.
I accept from the strongest hit on snare to be on maximum volume, or at least above the half of the bar in the volume mixer.

( Please do not suggest to take db in superior drummer above 0db, this is not a soltuion due to it casue to other issues with tail hiss )

I think this is a bug that need to be fixed, any suggestion what I can do ?

Edit: Actually even when i push it up with increase the db to +12db the mixer increase but the sound still low.
