You will find it in the kits menu on the right. Select whatever SDX you have and you can choose different kits in the next menu over. Everything else works the same.

Mick is correct. There isn’t one in SD3. Choose an open hat on the beat you want it to open and a closed hat on the beat you want it to close. Ends up sound pretty close. Once you get it setup sample the different open articulations to find the one suits the sound you are looking for. It’s called a hi hat bark by the way.

You didn’t elaborate if you were on Mac or Windows but on a Mac you can bring up the PDF file in Safari and copy it to iBooks. It is searchable there.
