Great job! I am not a drummer but songwriter that plays guitar. I have SD2.2 and am planning to buy an edrum setup so I can have a drummer come over and lay down some “real” drum tracks rather than my using grooves or programming in some beats using pads. I have been looking at everything from the alesis USB to the Roland TD12. Big difference in price. The yamaha seems to be middle ground as far as price and performance.
I am now leaning towards the yamaha. How hard was it to set up. . . . .remember I am not a drummer. I would like to get it all set up pretty well before calling in a drummer and hopefully have a clue to tweak it to his taste and style.
I followed that and hitting okay in EZPP I get no sound in the grooves. If I drag loops into a track in EZPP and play bthe track I get nothing either. If I drag the midi loop into either the S2 midi track or EZPP midi track it will play. That is great but I can’t preview the loops before hand or use the editing functions of EZPP.
