I’m new to Toontrack products and I have to say they are a bunch of amateurs when it making the operating manuals available for their customers. They should take a look at Roland/Boss websites and note how simple it is for their users to find the manual for their products. When I tried to download the manual for EZ Bass it said the file was corrupted… hopeless! Toontrack… get your act together! I have abandoned other products in the past because of hopelessly user-unfriendly websites. I have zero tolerance for it!
Hi Scott, I found the answer on a YT video… if you go into the menu on the EZ panel and select “Restore Factory MIDI Database”, then after that, the Add-on packs” appear in the left-hand column. And the Fusion Grooves pack that I bought was there, thanks for responding, cheers Steve B.
