Randy KrasI Purchased the Upgrade to EZ Keys String Machine for EZ Key 2 on April 13th. Order was completed on April 14th. I show order completed and download manager has assigned serial number for this new version of EZ Keys 2 and the Core library
Tried to download the upgrade several times since the April 16th release date. I tried 16th 17th 18th 19th and today but get same error message ” NO INSTALLER AVAILABLE”
I sent an email to customer support but just get auto reply with suggestion to reinstall the PM I did that and still no luck getting the same ” NO INSTALLER AVAILABLE”
