Have you tried messing around with resizing the window and the default sizes? It might seem like a minor task, but it’ll solve some major annoyances.
Add Bandmate from EZDrummer, allow or user-defined window sizes, add “Maximize Window” option, better “Grooves” layout and search
When I woke my screens, SD3 had increased substantially in size from where I left it. I then tried the “default size” from the menu which made the window about 75% of the size I had set. And unfortunately, I have to resize my window constantly because of this. An option to maximize the window would be great! But an option in Setup to allow me to define a size and scale, or an option to save the current display as the default, would also be really helpful.
I’m going to try that, but I’m almost positive that new instances of SD3 default to a fixed size, and I don’t think the actual “default size” in the “view” menu defaults to the custom size you set.
A “maximize window” option would be awesome!!!
Right on! I’ve used cakewalk since the DOS days and never knew that was there. I do have several plugin windows open at once all the time, but it was the TT window not working. I’ll try this in a bit.
Cakewalk. I’m able to have several windows open, but for some reason when I have the SD3 window open, then click the synth button on the track to show EZBass, the SD3 window closes, and the EZBass window opens. I haven’t figured out how to have them both showing at the same time in two different windows.
