    Hi Justas,

We can see that our support replied to your email and that the problem was solved by resetting your E-drum module to the default mapping. Please do not hesitate to contact our support again via email if you experience further issues.

    Hey,

Thanks for letting us know, we’ll fix that. A workaround right now is to right-click the snare/cymbal and pick the appropriate brush tool. Then the microphone assignments will be added and it should work.

I’m having the issue in Ableton Live 11.2.7 with Superior Drummer 3.3.5.

Can you hear audio from other tracks in Ableton? Is the Audio Engine turned on? There is a toggle in the Ableton Options menu.

    Hi Frederic,

We’ve seen this behavior in Studio One if HiDPI scaling is overridden in the application properties.

    Try turning that off.

Please find the Studio One shortcut > Properties.

    2. Then click Change high DPI settings.

    3. Then please confirm if the Override high DPI scaling behavior is checked. Disable it if it is activated.

When we activated this option with System (Enhanced) we got the same broken behavior out of EZkeys as you did.

Having the same problem here.   SD3 won’t save and sometimes it does save but won’t hold MIDI settings. Also doesn’t consistently hold changes to custom kits.

Hi Don, we’ve sent you an email so that we can take a closer look at the issues you’re experiencing.

Ron, we will continue the troubleshooting with you in the support ticket that you submitted.
