Pedro AlmeidaAllo, i’ve made the payment for EZ Drummer 3 and the core library, and didn’t recive any confirmation email.
On my home page the products are still in the basket.
I have the confirmation from the bank and the autorization from MBWAY.
No confirmation email on the main page or in spam, nothing. Can you help me? Should i contact my bank to cancel the transfer?
