Would it be possible for you to screen record when it isn’t working? Are you sure you have ‘Enabled’ Use Preset?

Is there an customer service email address I can send a recording to? I do not want to continue in the forum for this.

Well I’ve been having the same issue saving new medi maps with the updated roland td 50x module, was told it was a know issue when emailed into superior for support. Now I downloaded the update today (3.3.2) and cant even use the learn mapping function now! How did it get worse?! I had no issues prior to updating superior and the td50 modules to td50x. And to the guy saying you save changes in the settings > midi in/edrums tab, you don’t. You make your changes to the mapping there and save under the file tab. That worked perfect when I first starting using superior. Now I cant even relearn the pads.  I’m not sure what’s going on. All I can say is I cant use this program for my live edrum set up as it stands. Hope someone at Superior actually listens and fixes this issue.
