Terrible customer service. You’re losing money and customers by failing to offer a crossgrade from your previous premium software. The difference may mean I buy one less expansion pack than I would have. In fact, that is exactly what I’m gonna do. Your loss. I was about to purchase the crossgrade version assuming that SD2 would be qualified, and fortunately read the fine print before buying a non-refundable product.
