Please reference The Song Track,
particularly Section 5.3 The Song Track Header Bar for information WRT editing inserted chord blocks.
Essentially you’ll use the Pencil tool to draw chord blocks of desired lengths and the Split tool to chop them up into smaller blocks.
So essentially if I have a “c” chord in the progression inside a box, I would make that box longer on the timeline by using the pencil tool to drag it to my desired length. To make that “c” chord box shorter I would use the split tool and split the box. I’ll try it with a test patttern and see what happens. Thanks.
Late Edit: I went and played around with some chords and was able to accomplish what I wanted by using those tools. Thanks again.
In what respect? Please elaborate so we can help you better.

Whole note, quarter note, eighth note etc. I want to play some chords and hold them for longer times and other chords for shorter times. In Scaler, you can adjust the playback timing like this example: first chord would be set at 1.75, next chord 1.75, next chord 1.50, next chord -1.33, etc. etc. etc. That was just a example. The length of time the chord plays is adjusted. I’m trying to make a rhythm of long holding chords and quick chords.
Drag the progression into Logic where you want it to be. If the progression doesn’t fit the bar, click either “option” or “command”, i forget which, and while holding down either “option” or “command”, click on the bottom right of the midi containing the chord progression in Logic and drag it to fit the number of bars you want. You will see some parallel lines running vertically where your mouse is located in the bottom right corner if you have done this right. Option or Command is what you click in Mac. Use the equilavent commands if you are in windows. If done correctly, this will time stretch the bar to fit the progression without altering it.
