we could have the global midi range larger! for instance, the range of a five strings bass, 24 frets, tuned in drop A would be perfect for my needs 😉 Can you explain this – do you want to be able to play lower than the current lowest note (A)? All the notes in the included 5 string basses can be played on a keyboard.
I think the current lowest note is actually a B… So yep I would like to play a A.
and to the other side, at the bottom of the neck, I wish I could play a E (24th fret) as the highest note instead of a C# (21st fret).
I doubt we get an update to permit that range increase since the actual sampled instruments for the core version are 5 strings 21 frets basses in standard tuning but maybe in future ezbass expansions, new models will be available (rickenbacker and fender precision 24 frets for instance and ibanez 5 strings tuned in A?)
