Yes. The channels that look like mono channels in the EZ mixer will
output the same signal into the left and right channels of the outputs.
All outputs are stereo by configuration but if they contain a mono signal
then there is no point in saving both channels on disk.

We try to provide a default multi-out template that works the same
for all presets in all EZXs. Output 3 is the snare bottom mic, if it
is available. That channel is not there in all presets but if you select
Original Mix you will see it. Output 8 is a mono ambience. There is no
such thing in POP/ROCK. It is there in Modern, though.

It only works when you run EZdrummer as a plug-in in a host.

The MIDI can be used but not the sounds. Buying an SDX for
its MIDI only would mean a very high price per MIDI loop.

What do you think it is with ‘all the others’ that most of all needs
to be improved.

That’s d#-2, MIDI note 3. Not d#2, MIDI note 51.
The tambourine and sharkers also deviate in how they work
compared with other drums.

Well, we have no ambition to make this a software where
you can fully edit your ‘projects’ via MIDI. However, we aim
for typical controls, like faders and knobs in the mixer, to be
automated by host or MIDI during rendering. We also offer
some rudimentary support for people who want to use the
software live: such as changing EZX and preset and starting
and stopping playback of the internal MIDI track.

No. We know that our blind users would love it, though, so you
are not alone in wishing for these kind of features. But there
are few of you so you had better be loud

No.
Well, unless you count saving user presets and using
program change to change between them.

Roots is peculiar in that the 4 cymbals all seem to be rides. They all have
Crash articulations though. Music City definitely has normal crashes
with Ride and Bell articulations.
