So what’s the best workflow to do this. I understand I can just move all the midi into pro tools and create ritards, dying sustained chords into breakdowns, etc. But I also love the ease of changing chords and creating inversions, etc in the song creator, so I like to stay there until I’m really sure I’ve got the key and arrangement finalized. Any tips on the easiest workflow or could you point me to a tutorial that covers this. Can one drag midi FROM pro tools back INTOthe song creator for just a single chord or two?
Thanks for speedy reply. I’d still love for it to be a user option since it’s just easier to see, particularly if the timeline is not really stretched out.
