Hi Toontrack.
My Netbook PC crapped itself midvlast year & I cannot afford a new one for a while as I am unemployed.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 which I bought & installed Audio Extreme Mobile Studio, basically a fully functional mobile DAW, & I use my UR-44 Audio Interface with my S5 via an “On-The-Go” Cable. All works great, I’m very impressed with it for a mobile app.
Now, I need you guys to create your EZ Drummer & EZX lines (I have EZD2 & Metalheads EZX) Android OS App versions that you link to via logging in here.
As in, the registered user logs in here, & clicks on “Install App” then select their OS, (in my case,Android), & it takes the registered user straight to the Google Play Store (or Apple store) App page to Install it.
This would be most useful to someone such as myself who is trying to record on their phone.
Can you PLEASE do this?
Otherwise my Toontrack purchase & license are now useless to me & a qaste of money not being able to utilize.
Please help.

Haha! Finally, I bought my Steinberg UR-44 Audio Interface that comes with Cubase AI7 DAW Software!
NOW, I can start getting my songs’ drum beats together properly. YAY!!!!

Although, now I need a new Laptop PC that can run the prog’s properly… and it never ends!

I don’t have DAW software on my PC as yet (getting a Steinberg UR-44 Audio Interface soon which comes with Cubase AI), but in standalone mode, click on the [MIXER] tab up towards top right of Toontrack UI screen, adjust various mic “bleed” settings there.
I have MetalHeads, though.

The [Snare] dial controls the amount of Bleed in the Snare’s bottom mic.

The [OH] dial controls the amount of Drums & Hi-Hat in the Overhead Channel.

[Amb] controls the amount of Cymbals & Hats in the Ambient Ch.

I have found from playing with these, that for Death &/or Black Metal, the pre-set of all bleed dials @ 100% actually sounds best, IMO.
A more effective thing to do is to 1st adjust all the faders to “tune” the kit, followed by: in the [DRUMS] Tab, opening up “track options” and adjusting the “Velocity” of what you need to, to suit your requirements.

Also, you may find that the drum sounds in the Modern pack that came with EZD2 might not be the most suitable for extreme metal as you may require sound presets with faster decay time for fast rolls & especially fast double-kick work, jst something to keep in mind.
Remember: These presets for ALL the various Metal EZX’s are created by pros in this particular field, so are pretty damn good as they are for a well polished, pro sounding mix when you add all the other song parts, etc, with all that distortion, etc…

Hi Toontrack.
I require this feature also as I’ve noticed I can “write” a drum beat using Guitar Pro 5 and export that as a MIDI file which I then import/drag-and-drop into EZD2 standalone. The only problem is it doesn’t recognize time signature and/or tempo changes, which I use a lot.
I do have an Alesis DM5 Pro e-kit but cannot put it to use as yet due to space and noise restrictions where I live, hence the programing.
I do not possess any DAW software as yet but record on my Yamaha MD4 Multi-track Digital Home Studio and need to be able to program my songs drum beats, including time and tempo changes, to record onto the MD4 to then record the other song parts to.
Being able to do this would make this software purchase actually usable for me, and I would personally very much appreciate you including this feature set as a future update, as soon as possible.
