Web site says if you were new to EZDrummer that you can buy 2 now and get 3 included at release date… you should be all set.

It’s truly for creative expression… you can drag each piece in as the “song”, but why would you? Take what you need need, write , create and worry not about licensing since you paid for the use in every element!

Not sure what your DAW is (Studio One or Logic Pro, I use both), but typically you can simply drag and drop the the entire constructed set from the EZD instrument track directly onto the track in the DAW where you have assigned EZD. The you can then separate out each drum piece into separate tracks from there. If need be, Quantize within the DAW.

Scott, can you please remove this entire post so as not to encourage anyone else to behave in such a childish and disrespectful manor? This blogger clearly thinks cursing somehow improves the message of frustration from a lack of experience and further demonstrates an impoverished sense of kindness and respect towards all others here.

    🙁

Marc5150 – I am a software engineer/consultant by day and in fairness to the publisher, your drummer is a different user all together and another licsensing as well.

You really should, and by agreement most likely are required, to purchase another license.

    Rock on!

Hi Marc 5150: As Scott says, only two can be “authorized” at the same time… nothing prevents you from performing a complete installation of the purchased assets in your account on a third or forth computer… you can then use the Product Manager to to de-authorized one machine and subsequently authorize another.

The example is that I have a system at the studio and another at home… (Windows 10) but I also have a MacBook I travel with. On occasion, I want the tools active on the Mac since I am not working on the desktops while composing. In that case, I take the ten minute to move the authorization between computers and it works great!

If you have, then I would look at both firewall and Internet protection software you are running as the probably issue.

Don’t get mad for me asking the obvious question, but did you install the Product Manager? I have installed all my purchased stuff on three different computers without a problem ever including de-authorizing and reauthorizing since it can only be active on to systems at once. I own keys and drums galore.
