I have this same issue.  Did you resolve it?

I am also having the same issues. If Toontrack decided to do a system update or is having problems with people downloading, you’d think that they’d have an announcement on their main page instead of having people get frustrated and possibly purchase another drum install program. I specifically chose Tootrack because of their support team. all other customer supports for other drum programs are awful to deal with. Hopefully Toontrack isn’t resting on their laurels.

Hey James, If you used the defaults like I did and did the upgrade to 64, then this should be your link for VST plug in. C:program filesVSTplugin’stoontrack64bit. For whatever reason when I searched the system for the EZdrummer.dll file, the only one that came up was the one in the downloads which links to the 32bit from what I’ve gathered. Kinda have the buddy system going here. Hope that helps you.

Thanks Modbod and John for your help. Hey modbod, I tried changing the audio settings for the latency, everything from 85 to 341. No dice, just slower to do the static rings although not as many 🙂 What else do you think it could be?

This may help you, I had linked the VST plug in through the folder I had downloaded the info. downloads/tt106ezdrummerwin/…/toontrack/ezdrummer/ezdrummer.dll. The download is smart enought that it actually put the ezdrummer.dll in
c: programfilesx86/vstplugin/toontrack/ezdrummer.dll. When I used that as the VST it worked and now it uploads and we have sound. Thought I’d share what I found out.

Just figured part of it out. Got it to upload now. Almost there. I had the wrong folder for the VST plug in. For anyone else experiencing this it is under your c drive program files/vstplugins/toontrack/64x

Now I have another issue. When you hit the drums the sound comes out right but there is a static delay that comes out after of 10 to 12 hits. so drum sound followed by buzz buzz buzz buzz etc. It does not do this in toontracksolo when I hit the drums.

Got an idea on the settings?

Ours is doing the same thing on the install. We can view the soft synth now of EZD but when it loads, 0MB, but if we open in toontrack solo, can see the drum rack and it uploads.

8.5pe, ezd with the upgrade patch to 64
