    I didn’t say you should have put up a sticker, predicting the future back in 2008…………….I said you should make it clear on your main page NOW, before people buy the EZ Drummer 2.

    You say that my MIDI packs & other plug ins will work with EZ Drummer 2 – but how?

    EZ Drummer 2 (according to your error message when I tried to ‘test’ EZ Drummer 2 – will NOT work or is compatible with Mac OS X 10.15 Catalina either. I ‘was’ going to buy it – but I guess it’s a good thing that I test drove it first.

    Unless you’re telling me that you’ve NOW got it to work with Catalina – how can ANY of these products work?

     

    (& by the way – it’s kinda hard not to be upset, when I’ve been buying your products EXCLUSIVELY for the past decade – and then all of the sudden……nothing works at all. And why I was ‘mainly’ so mad in that post was because NOBODY at ToonTrack has returned any of my emails, requests, complaints, support – nothing. YOU are actually the very first person who’s even responded to me.)

    Oh – Don’t feel Bad.

     

    You just got screwed like the rests of us. Apparently ToonTrack didn’t feel the need to take care of its long term customers (who, like myself, have already bought EACH & every version of their software – and then was highly anticipating the release of EZ Drummer 2.0 – but NOWHERE on the site did ToonTrack bother to mention in BOLD letters that it simply won’t WORK if your Operating System is simply 64-bit, bar none. No Refunds, No service, No support – NOTHING. You’re completely screwed out of your money, and your product……….UNREAL.

    And they admit that they’ve known about this for quite sometime now – but NO, they never warned any of us about this, yet they know & fully realize that every single person on this planet that owns a computer HAS to upgrade their Operating System from time to time, unless you plan on playing Donkey Kong and using Pro Tools ‘1’ for the rest of your life.

    And by the way…..I’ve spent the last near 7 months trying to ‘Contact Support’ – yet, each time you click on that ridiculous icon – NOTHING HAPPENS. It simply sends you back to the EXACT same page, telling you to AGAIN, ‘click on the ‘Contact Support’ link……over, and over, and over…….

     

    What a joke of a company.

     

    Don’t get me wrong – back when their software actually worked – it was great software, no doubt.

     

    But now ever since they’e pretty much turned their backs on ALL of their loyal customers (me, for nearly 8 years now!)  – They’ve pretty much just keep taking the money and keep running – period. NO WHERE ON THIS SITE does it (as it should) SAY IN BIG BOLD LETTERS:  DO NOT BUY EZDRUMMER OR THEIR SPECIALTY PACKS IF YOUR COMPUTER”S OPERATING SYSTEM IS 64-BIT or ABOVE!!!!!!………PERIOD!!!!!

    QUIT STAYING QUIET ABOUT THIS, and running STUPID SALES every other week & taking people’s MONEY!!

    The ONLY time you even mention this, is in the FAQ section, towards the BOTTOM, in the FINE PRINT – WHERE people DON”T GO to look up the MINIMUM COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS!!!!  That should be on your VERY FRONT PAGE YOU IDIOTS – Just like EVERY OTHER PLUG-IN COMPANY out there!! IT’s the FIRST REQUIREMENT when buying something for your COMPUTER!

    I will NEVER buy another product from you clowns after treating your clients this way – and YES, I’ve been reading ALL the other ‘dissatisfied’ customers out there, and they’re just as pissed off for the EXACT SAME REASON!!

    Again – this is a COMPLETE joke of a company, you’re treating your clients like complete CRAP – and worst of all……you don’t even care.

     

    Find another software company that apparently knows how to keep their product up to speed (you know……a WHOPPING 64-bit……Wow!!!)

     

    – Sincerely……..one of the MOST dissatisfied customers in the history of the DAW era.   (go to hell.)

     

    (and below:  ‘my EZdrummer version’:?  –  ALL of them, including about 18 ‘plug-in’ kits, plus 3 MIDI boxes) – and yet, NOBODY here at ToonTrack has even bothered to respond to me, call me, email me……….not one damn word.
