I own several other drum programs, but what I noticed right away with ezdrummer is that it adds some kind of white noise at the end of every hit. It differs from drum to drum. When played more drums at the same time the noise floor rises.
Anything I can do to get rid of this? sometimes it bothers me and sometimes not.Im running Macbook Pro osx 10.9.4 with Pro Tools 11 HD Native Thunderbolt, HD I/O 16*16

Your best bet is to buss the room and overhead mics out to your DAW and insert noise gates. You’ll need to experiment so that you don’t cut off the decay of the drums but it can be done.
FWIW, the Envelope Filters in Superior 2.4 are far more effective so that’s always an option. Good luck!
