I have the same problem with a Roland TD-27 and EZD3. I think adjusting the USB Input gain in the Roland module is not really the solution. Yes, it does significantly increase the volume, but it increases the volume from any sound coming from the computer, not just the drums. It is in effect the same as turning up the main audio volume from the computer’s OS.
