If I send you a File Request, can you please send us an ‘unfixed’ Project?

Oh, I’m sorry. I got your request and sent an “I no longer need assistance” reply.
I will certainly send you a file.

Make sure to update to EZ2.0.1 if you are still running EZ2.0.0.

    Updated.
    The problem persists.
I can fix it now, but it’s still kind of lame that I’m going to have to go back through all my projects and fix them one by one.

Good to hear you’re back on track. It sounds as if you old Reaper Project got corrupt somehow?

Actually, no. I experienced the same problem on every project I opened. In fact, on a song I had just started, which was set up with EZD1 but had no drums recorded yet, it had the same messed up audio when I tried to create a drum track after the EZD2 upgrade. However, when I removed and reloaded the plugin, it worked fine.
It’s a bug. I suspect it has something to do with the routing being different on the two versions.

Well, no thanks to the email support, I figured out the solution to the audio problem.
I left the MIDI track and the routed drum tracks in place, but I removed the plugin from the MIDI track. Then I just reloaded it and selected the original kit and mix. Totally fixed it. I had to move some of the MIDI notes around, as rack tom 1 somehow became a crash. But, OTT, it’s all back to normal.

I’m having a similar issue in Reaper. The audio from my existing EZdrummer tracks is messed up since I upgraded, and I can’t figure out any way to fix it.

OK, fixed the routing issue. Just needed to switch the sample rate to 44,100.
The audio on the previous sessions still blows, though. I have no idea what’s going on.

What I’d like is a phone number.
My issues aren’t covered in the FAQs, and I’d prefer to talk to a human being.
