The compatibility information on Toontrack.com is accurate. Windows 7 or higher is required for use. Thats not to say that it wont work on Vista, just that we have not tested it.

The same is true for EZDrummer 2, EZmix 2, and Superior Drummer 2.

We can see that your EZDrummer 2 is indeed in your account and ready for download. Please follow these instructions for installing EZDrummer 2.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have looked in your account and both EZX’s from your purchase (Americana and Blues EZX) are there ready for download. There does not appear to be an issue.

We recommend that you re-load your Toontrack account after making a purchase (i.e. quit and restart the browser or open a new browser tab or window) then access your account.

Regarding Toontrack support… Support is provided during normal business hours and all replies are answered within 24 business hrs. IF you contact us during the work week most replies do not take longer than a few hrs. Therefore the only time you would have longer wait times is if you contact us on Friday night or Saturday.

Mondays are also the busiest time for us as there are many emails to get through from the weekend… With that being said, we still get through all of them within 24 business hrs.

No, They are just a sample of the MIDI that is included. Typically, MIDI packs include 400 to 500 grooves.

Thanks for your comments and understanding about that thread.

Yes, Toontrack.com is having a sale that is currently running… However EZkeys is not part of the sale. Only Superior Drummer and Superior Drummer expansions are on sale at Toontrack.com.

You may however be able to find other sales at 3rd party dealers of Toontrack products. 3rd party dealers often offer sales on our products that are not offered on Toontrack.com.

Finally regarding the demos, No, they are not altered. Those are the stock EZkeys presets (for the given library).

We are not experiencing any issues here, nor have we had any other users in support with a similar issue.

Also MIID packs are very small downloads, are you sure that your internet connection is ok? Can you download from other sources?

10.4 is no longer supported by Toontrack. This means that the newest version of EZDrummer 1 that are required for the current downloads of EZX’s will not work on 10.4 and therefore neither will the EZX’s.

We can only recommend that you upgrade to 10.6 or higher.

Sorry but I need a bit more description than that. Are you using Multi out? If so you would only hear the kick on channel 1/2.

When you say that you hear all of the drums while in EZDrummer 2 do you mean EZdrummer 2 stand alone, or EZDrummer 2 launched in Logic???
