yeah,,, thanks man but nothing is working here….. Sure wish the people at Toontrack would respond… We’ve got a primo controller in Komplete Kontrol,

an up to date state of the art DAW in studio one and I can’t get the drawbars on a hammond virtual instrument to automate with the most elementary protocols. Seems like a fairly important issue that the folks at Toontrack don’t want to solve…. They sure do want to sell you more products though. Everyday there’s something else on sale.

ok, maybe there’s a communication breakdown here…. Concerning the session organ and moving the drawbars on the fly, which is a critical part of playing a hammond B3. ….. in studio one which uses control link as opposed to midi learn…. when I move any drawbar, the control link box does not respond therefore I can’t assign a fader or a knob to that particular drawbar…. if I use a use a midi cc such as one that is assigned to any of the drawbars and move a fader or a knob on my Komplete Kontrol keyboard, nothing happens. So , the conclusion I have is that the session organ drawbars don’t work properly in studio one. Studio One is a fairly popular DAW…. was control link in session organ not tested? I don’t get it.

In Logic Pro , the drawbars respond to midi learn so, all good there.

In LUNA, nothing is working in session organ and the drawbars.

Thanks Jordan…. and how exactly do we bind to midi ccs? I have three different controllers set to the midi ccs assigned to the drawbars and nothing is working.

And like I’ve said earlier, I have preset kits in Superior Drummer where aftertouch is turned off but in ez drummer3 I could not turn off AT… does anyone know how

To Jordan, I appreciate that heads up and I’ve known for years now that it’s not a Toontrack issue but nobody at Toontrack has ever suggested anything on how to fix it.  If I’m using a komplete kontrol keyboard how would I make it so aftertouch info is not recorded? And the same with Mashine.

all due respect…. you mean the full fix I’ve been waiting for for 5 years now? lol…. and I truly don’t mean any disrespect… pls take it in that spirit.

And actually, your work around does sound like an interesting way to spend an afternoon… I know I’ve got some great samples lying’ around.

attaching a midi file…. first crash seems fine… second crash is cut off.

In follow up to the other moderator ….. I’ve invested 1000.00 plus in Toontrack drum VIs. I would like to fix the problem  as opposed to a work around.

these kits sound great and I would like to use them as is.

Thanks for your response…. I use a komplete Kontrol keyboard, Mashine, and sometimes I draw a crash into the piano roll. It doesn’t matter. When an open crash goes in, n playback the cymbol is choked. I’ve had this problem for years. Toontrack blames it on the DAW…. Well, I use 4 different DAWs and it happens in each one.

Olof….. thanks again…..The tech community is over our heads for the most part. They give instructions based on the fact that us musicians know exactly what they’re talking about. I did to the best of my ability give them what they asked for. It would seem they would stay in contact with the customer until the problem is solved. Someone got in touch last night and I responded first thing this morning …. nothing today…. I have no clue as to whether what I gave them is correct.

Hey Olof….. big progress made! Opened PM and downloaded and installed SD3 and EZ drummer….however,

The groove page is empty and a window about loading grooves comes up but nothing gets loaded….. and, Studio One freezes every time I use

either Toontrack product.
