I can’t see any folders or files set to locked – although in the information pane it looks like something is looking for more information – It says “fetching” – but never actually changes.
I’m wondering if I have taken some files from their original location – I had a complete system crash a couple of months ago and had to replace the main hard drive. Restoring all the files took a while, and it’s possible that some files or folders were put in the wrong location. I had a problem with this about a year ago, I’d moved some files from a shared folder.
I notice that this problem doesn’t happen in Action with the default patch, nor with the Original Mix.
Attached is a screen shot of the information panes. The ‘Manage in Finder’ shortcut takes me to the user presets folder – I can’t actually see any of the factory presets listed.
Would it be worth re-installing the Action pack?
