For sanity check: your local product manager has the correct username or email, right? (It seems to remember the username. So, sometimes a typo can go unnoticed.)

I encountered the same issue. It seems like a long going issue with toontrack.
I can login on the web but not on the Product Manager.
No products in the cart.
