Hi,
You can use the Octave control in the tuning box to do that: Set it to -1 and note 39 will play Eb0 in the Metal EBX.

Mattias

Hi Ben,
I’ve been looking at your project and something seem to have corrupted some of the MIDI blocks in your project. The chord information to be more specific. It would be very helpful if you could provide the EZkeys MIDI that you used to generate the different parts of the song. Any recollection of adjustments to the MIDI, or any other adjustment after import, would also be helpful.
Regards,
Mattias

Hi Phil,
There are no known ringing note issues since 1.0.9. Probably a silly question, but would you mind just double checking that you’re indeed running 1.0.9?
Assuming you do, would you mind elaborating a bit on how the ringing note issues can be reproduced? Please include details such as sample rate, buffer size, MIDI channel for the keyboard. It would be helpful if you could provide a small project or a MIDI sequence where the problem occurs. I’ve tried from the information you provided to reproduce in Cubase 11 without success.
Best,

Thank you for the additional information. We have located a bug related to timing, where it seems like some playing state variables are not properly reset when playing a track or bouncing to audio, causing this behaviour. There will be a fix for this included in a future update. Thank you!

Thanked by: Naveed EjazHi!
Would you mind elaborating a bit? What do you mean when you say that the audio between the MIDI player and the actual audio never nulls out, does the audio ring and get cut off by the end of the bounce? Does this happen for all presets or a particular library / preset? Sample rate and buffer size? If you could upload an EZbass-project where this occurs, that would also be helpful (a ZIP file contaning a .ezbp file).

Thanked by: Naveed EjazHi Jeffrey, I hope you have received the recovered project file. There are still som issues, however. Something, probably during an Undo event, has corrupted the MIDI on the track. We are investigating the issue, but you are advised to (from within EZbass):
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanked by: Jeffrey SheppardHi! The one that crashes on startup is of most interest, but i think both may be helpful.
Yes, please include them in the support ticket. Thank you.

Thanked by: Jeffrey SheppardHi Jeffrey,
Could you provide some more details regarding the crash? What kind of transitions and MIDI were you using, and, if you can recall, what action triggered the crash? It would also be helpful if you could provide a project (zip, either the Cubase project or if you have a copy of the .ezbp file). You could either upload it here, or if you don’t want to post it here, you can open a support ticket: https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/.
