From (the very fast support): “We would recommend​ uninstalling EZDrummer 2, then reinstalling EZDrummer 2.0.2. Then also redownloading and installing the 2.1.4 update.”
You may have to download the full version first in the Toontrack Product Manager before you can uninstall it. Seems counterintuitive, but it worked for me!
