    Thanks, I got it to work by specifying the full path to the .vst3  There was a path containing %LOCALAPPDATA% that was not working.

    I have the same problem.  I have verified I have the .vst3i file, made sure Reaper knows about the directory, tried rescanning, restarting, etc but I cannot get EZD3 to appear.  I don’t see any VST3i type in the list either.
