Dear Toontrack Support Team,
I previously purchased EZdrummer 3 and would now like to install it on my new computer. However, I no longer have access to my license or serial number.
I have logged into my Toontrack user account using my email address, but I could not find the product listed there.
I am happy to provide any proof of purchase (such as a screenshot) if needed.
