Shawn ReitmayerI purchased EZdrummer and 6 add-ons over 7 weeks ago. Due to a space issue on my startup HD it doesn’t fit. So, I have been trying to reroute it to the storage HD. 51 e-mails and near 2months later I still can not use the product. Customer service is the worst. Every time I send then a message they ask for something I’ve already sent them and it takes days for them to reply. They got my money and so now I can just F off.
