You need to try the “1981 Classic Reverb” Its a gated reverb that was used on all that 80’s Rock. Im into all the 80’s Rock stuff and have found its the hardest sound to recreate as there aren’t and SDX dedicated to the sound of the late 80’s big drums. I have The Rock Foundry and found a snare in there that I was able to use thats close after some tweaking.
Well I found this video that was VERY helpful and wanted to post it for anyone else that finds themselves in this same search for answers !

Well I may have found a solution, I tried using a mono cable and the hi hats work perfect now LOL

Same issue here, Im using a Roland TD-12 module with FD-7 controller… Cant seem to get a smooth transition no matter what I do….
Thanks for the help, Is the a specific Key note for that action and is there possibly a list of all the instruments with what key they are ?
