Hey Jeff, thanks for your help again. With your sage advice, a bit of google research and my own perseverance, I was able to get it to open and I’ve managed to link it to my e drums and start to choose different drum sounds – which is what I bought it for in the first place, to improve the sounds coming from my inexpensive e drums. Mind, it took me a long while to work through, as I’m clueless about what these things are – DAW/midi/apps etc , so you can imagine, it’s a whole new world to me (well, I am a pensioner and don’t even own a smart phone!). I’m well aware that SD3 has tons of stuff I’ll never use, but, hey-ho, it looks like it’s going to give me what I need, so I can start to have fun bashing about. No doubt I’ll be back on here to ask a lot more questions, but just to say, I appreciate your help. We each have our skill sets – mine are bikes (motor) and greyhounds (the dogs, not the bus!), so if anyone wants any advice o0n those ……

Thank you Jeff. Both Product Manager and Basic Sounds Library now show ”Ready to use”.

So ….. how the hell do I launch and use it? (am I being thick?). I expected to be able to click on an icon and then see and use the drum kits and select drums?

    Thanks

Thanks Erik. Will that give me the sample drum kits / individual drums in the library that I’m mainly wanting at this stage? I know questions similar to this have been raised, as I’ve read through the posts, but I’m not clear if the answers fit my exact requirements – which is core operating stuff and the drums to choose. Thanks for your patience and help.
