– Can you try to press shift while using the scroll wheel over the song track – should scroll the time line sideways. Or press the mouse wheel to left or right (if your mouse supports that) – should also scroll the time line.
Same problem with shift + scrollwheel, and wheel right/left (it works on primary, not on secondary)

– Is there anything else, in connection with the mouse, that behaves strangely on the secondary monitor? Or is it only the mouse wheel that don’t work?
Its only the mouse wheel.
Everything else with the mouse, clicking and dragging etc, works fine in EZKeys no matter what monitor.

– Do you have other plugins that have the same problems (except EZmix)?
Yes.
I have tried several plugins, from several companies, in different host applications.
All the same: only toontrack plugins have this problem (tried EZMix, SuperiorDrummer, EZKeys)
But guess what: I also tried EZPlayer Pro v1.0.4 and it works fine on both monitors!
Are your developers aware of that the x-part of the screen coordinates are negative on the secondary monitor, if the secondary is configured to the left of the primary?
When I change the screen configuration to have the secondary to the right of the primary screen the scrollwheel works on both monitors.
Hint: maybe they should check the code that do the hit-detection for mouse wheel events?
The upper config works fine on both monitors.
The lower only works on monitor 1 (the primary).
Same problem scrolling in the groove library.
Works on primary, not on seconday monitor.
(secondary monitor to the left, primary to the right.)
Tested what you suggested, but no difference.
Actually, the following makes the problem even more obvious:
I place the window halfway into the secondary window.
Half the window is shown on the primary, and the other half on the secondary.
I have clicked the window (input focus).
I hold the cursor over the timeline (where it says “Drag midi song blocks here”).
When on the primary monitor, zooming with the scrollwheel works.
On the secondary monitor, scrollwheel has no effect.
Why no response on this?
The scrollwheel is not working if the plugin’s window is located on the secondary monitor!
The scrollwheel only works if the window is located on the primary monitor.
Just tried the demo of EzKeys, and it got the same bug for both the standalone and in Ableton Live.
Just found out that it depends on what screen I place the plugin window.
On the primary screen scrolling works fine.
On the secondary it does not work.
Also tested with superior drummer: same thing, does not work on secondary screen.
(I usually place plugin windows on the secondary screen, so still annoying)
I had no problems scrolling in a few other plugins (non-toontrack plugins) that I tested, no matter what screen they were positioned on.
Same results on Cubase 6.5 x86, Cubase 6.5 x64, Ableton Live 8.
I’m on Win7 x64, with NVidia graphics.
