I went through everything tonight and figured out the issue. I had a port repaired on my computer and they wiped my system. I had backed up my system and reinstalled everything. It looks like the Ez Mix core pack was not reinstalled. When I installed it and pointed it to download to the correct drive the update finally installed and allowed me to direct it to the same drive and stopped the error.
