What is the instrument in question ?

You have your mix control in the Tracker set all the way wet (or hard right) ? Just for this test?

Also: Sound recognition is set correct?

Can you see the note in Grid Editor?

Have you tried to remove the note and re-add it manually?

I’m sure no pro either but that’s all I can think of.

Problem solved/ I was missing a single time signature change in the middle of the tempo track.

Understood. So if I enter tempo changes in SD to match Daw. It should work, correct ?

Yes, Nuendo does have tempo changes in this song. All at 4/4.
I didn’t think this would be an issue because SD3 follows the changes to a T.
