Maybe this could have the same reason as my other question about no sound from different drums in the full version of EZDrummer?

I have downloaded and installed the free Lite version with file name: TT255_EZdrummer_Lite_MAC.dmg
and then paid 49€ for a full upgrade . This upgrade file name is: EZdrummer_Update_MAC_132.dmg
Both of them are installed and authorised.
After that I try to run the file: EZX_Cocktail_Update_MAC_132.dmg and got that error message.

I bought a 49€ update to the full version of EZDrummer. This is an offer valid until May 31.
First I downloaded and installed the free EZDrummer Lite and after that I downloaded the update.

Looking for instance on the snare drum I have 6 different snares to choose but only the first one sounds.
Thats an 14″ Rogers. All the others is just silence.
14″ Rogers Damped
14″ Slingerland
14″ Slingerland Damped
13″ GMS Piccolo
13″ GMS Piccolo Damped
All six should be able to choose and none of them is grey-out
