Just bought a midi pack at a discount to try it out: The addon pack doesn’t show up in Bandmate. This is a huge letdown, because Bandmate was the main reason I bought the midi pack.

The response from the support on which I based the decision to buy a midi pack:

“Bandmate will display grooves that it determines as a match for the source file that you put in.
The more MIDI you have in your library, the more options Bandmate has to generate a groove from.”

 

For such a big feature the information on how it works it pretty sparse, I wish anyone from Toontrack could clarify it with a clear non-ambiguous response.

There is still room for interpretation. I can’t start a new topic but I really need to know: If I purchase a Toontrack midi pack, will Bandmate use this or not?
